General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and kkb8 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the kkb8 website located at kkb8.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and support channels (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms are effective as of the date on which you create a kkb8 account or, if earlier, the date on which you first access the kkb8 platform in any capacity.

By registering an account on kkb8, by depositing funds, by placing a bet, or by using any feature of the platform, you confirm unequivocally that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kkb8 platform and must not register an account.

kkb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, kkb8 will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the kkb8 platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of the Terms regularly. The most current version of these Terms is always available at kkb8.app/terms-conditions.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and definitive version. No translation of these Terms into any other language creates additional rights or obligations beyond those contained in the English original.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the kkb8 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which the account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. kkb8 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a company, organisation, or any third party.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence or access.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of kkb8 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not be a close relative (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) of a current kkb8 employee where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from kkb8 under a permanent self-exclusion request that remains in force.

Age Verification

kkb8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other time at our reasonable discretion. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Geographic Eligibility

kkb8 is operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the kkb8 platform complies with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. kkb8 makes no representation that the Services are lawful, appropriate, or available in any particular location outside Bangladesh. If you access kkb8 from outside Bangladesh, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of kkb8 Services — including placing bets, making deposits, claiming bonuses, and requesting withdrawals — you must register a kkb8 account. One account per person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information current at all times thereafter. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkb8 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kkb8 immediately at [email protected]. kkb8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials or failed to report a suspected breach promptly.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings to add an additional layer of login security.
• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Log out of your kkb8 account when using shared or public devices.
• Never respond to unsolicited requests for your kkb8 login credentials — kkb8 support staff will never ask for your password.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

kkb8 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with its internal anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention policies. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process: national identity card (NID), passport, recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address, and confirmation of your payment method ownership. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. kkb8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

All transactions on the kkb8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kkb8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice based on technical, regulatory, or commercial factors.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at kkb8 is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank card and bank transfer methods. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kkb8, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits via mobile wallets are credited to your kkb8 balance in real time upon successful transfer confirmation. Bank and card deposits may take up to one hour to reflect depending on your bank's processing pipeline.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible ("same-method policy"). This policy exists to prevent money laundering and payment fraud.
• If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, a portion of your balance equivalent to the bonus funds may be restricted until the wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
• kkb8 processes withdrawal requests typically within the same business day when the request is submitted before the daily cut-off time of 20:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.
• kkb8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount determined at kkb8's reasonable discretion.

Restricted Transactions

You must not deposit funds to kkb8 from a payment account that does not belong to you. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered in your name will be reversed and your account may be suspended pending investigation. kkb8 will not accept funds that are derived from illegal activity, and any such funds will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

kkb8 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bet offers, and seasonal tournament promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer at the time it is presented to you. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence solely in respect of that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your kkb8 account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires you to wager a total of ৳20,000 on eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino games, sports betting, and certain other game types may contribute at a lower percentage rate as specified in the individual promotion.

Bonus Eligibility Rules

• Welcome bonuses are available to new kkb8 players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Players who have self-excluded or set active deposit limits may be ineligible for certain promotional offers. kkb8 will not send promotional materials to players who have requested to be excluded from marketing.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Unclaimed bonuses expire and will not be reinstated.
• kkb8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or void bonus winnings where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, collusion, or exploitation of a software error or loophole.
• All bonuses are for adults aged 18 and above. 18+ only. Terms apply.

Seasonal & Cricket Promotions

kkb8 runs seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, ICC events, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are time-limited and their specific terms — including eligible markets, minimum odds, maximum bonus amounts, and wagering requirements — will be published on the kkb8 promotions page at the time the promotion is active. Past promotion terms do not apply to future editions of the same promotional event.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered kkb8 player, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment gambling — and to conduct yourself at all times in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the kkb8 platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one kkb8 account. All duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures, wagering requirements, or promotional mechanics in a manner that is contrary to their intended purpose — including but not limited to matched betting, bonus arbitrage, and coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker environments.
• Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, screen-scraping software, or any other automated system to interact with the kkb8 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or reversal with your bank or payment provider while retaining the associated kkb8 balance or winnings. Any chargeback will trigger an immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Money laundering: Using the kkb8 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing kkb8 support staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable. kkb8 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation by relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your kkb8 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no outstanding compliance holds on the account. If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons, please also refer to the self-exclusion options in Section 8 of these Terms — a temporary self-exclusion period may be more appropriate than permanent closure depending on your circumstances.

Suspension or Closure by kkb8

kkb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been issued.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring the account to be closed or frozen.

Where an account is suspended or closed by kkb8 for reasons other than player breach or regulatory obligation, any verified real-money balance in the account (excluding bonus funds and voided winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the resolution of any investigation.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kkb8 will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to accounts that remain inactive beyond this period. Any remaining balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

kkb8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to preventing gambling-related harm among its player base. We provide a range of tools and resources that allow you to manage your gambling activity in a healthy and controlled manner. Use of these tools is your right as a kkb8 player — activating any responsible gaming feature will never result in penalties, slower withdrawal processing, or reduced access to the platform's games and features.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session time reminders: Configure a maximum session duration. kkb8 will notify you when your session reaches the set time limit.
• Cool-off periods: Take a short break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a cool-off your account login is suspended and you will receive no promotional communications.
• Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion is activated immediately upon request confirmation. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be accessed, no deposits can be made, and no promotional materials will be sent.

Underage Gambling Prevention

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kkb8 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the kkb8 platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or emotional distress. kkb8's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kkb8's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by kkb8's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
